Connected Lighting Control
Every light.
Under control.
Custom control boards, embedded firmware and a visual interface that bring individual lights, zones and effects into one system.

The challenge
Many lights.
One clear interface.
Controlling a lighting installation means connecting physical outputs with the way people understand a space: individual fixtures, named zones and the effects they want to run.
This project joins 8- and 16-port controller boards with local management software, giving the hardware a visual interface for setup and everyday control.
The system
From the circuit
to the room.
See every board and port.
A board view maps numbered outputs to their assigned lights. Operators can inspect the configuration, switch a whole board and adjust its brightness from one place.
Organize around the space.
Group lights into named zones. The overview brings zone controls, store-wide on/off actions and lighting effects together, while a customer-facing tablet interface lets people browse fixtures and adjust their lighting.
Connect hardware and software.
Embedded firmware runs on the controller boards. A local server communicates with them over the network and serves the browser-based admin and touch interfaces.
One integrated build
Hardware is only
part of the story.
The project brings electronics, firmware, network communication and interface design together. Each layer serves the same task: making a physical lighting system easier to configure and operate.
The local server provides both a browser-based admin interface and a customer-facing tablet interface, giving setup and everyday operation their own focused controls.
